Theo Pahigiannis, Founder of Catapult BD and Founding Member of the CMMC Consortium. Theo is the founder of Catapult BD (CBD), a firm that helps companies identify, engage, and win new clients in both the commercial and government sectors. His work focuses on fast-evolving industries like cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and healthcare technologies. In 2022, Theo co-founded the CMMC Consortium, a collective of SMEs and technology firms dedicated to supporting DoD contractors through the complexities of CMMC certification. Under his leadership, the Consortium has developed proprietary, cost-effective solutions to make CMMC compliance more accessible—especially for small and mid-sized businesses.
Dr. Timothy Schilbach is a cybersecurity expert with nearly 30 years of experience in cyber warfare and security. He has held leadership roles at US CYBERCOM and has founded multiple successful companies, including Penacity, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in cybersecurity audits for CMMC, FEDRAMP, NIST, and ISO frameworks.
