PACTS III

This requirement supports the Department of Homeland Security, Strategic Programs Division. This is the DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for Program Management, Administration, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) III. In previous postings, this requirement has been referred to as, “Programmatics, Administration, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) III”.

SEWP VI

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has issued a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for the sixth iteration of its Solution for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Every Government agency uses the SEWP vehicle to purchase IT hardware and services. SEWP V awarded over $50 billion across more than 200,000 individual task orders making SEWP VI a must-win opportunity.

OASIS+

The General Service Administration’s (GSA’s) OASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Plus) professional services vehicle is a significant opportunity for many organizations. This follow-on to the GSA’s OASIS consolidates three other GSA vehicles with a combined $133.7 billion ceiling. OASIS+ has no set ceiling and no limit on the number of awards, and all qualifying bidders will receive an award.

CATTS

The Department of Commerce CATTS objectives are to operate and sustain the current environment while migrating to cloud services to the maximum extent possible. The department wishes to minimize its physical footprint and the investments needed for technology refreshes every 3-5 years.

CIO-SP4

National Institutes of Health’s Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) is planning to release the final for CIO-SP4. Previously, NITAAC has released three such contract vehicles and CIO-SP4 is the fourth in line and expected to be released in December 2020. In addition to the general Information Technology (IT) requirements, CIO-SP4 emphasizes IT needs for health-related and biomedical efforts of the Government Under the new administration, it is expected that there will be far more opportunities for work in this area.

Polaris

GSA Small Business GWACs provide customer agencies an efficient way to access highly qualified small business information technology (IT) service providers. For Polaris, GSA is looking to expand the industry partner base, provide greater access to emerging technologies, simplify proposal submission requirements and improve the overall customer experience.
