Outlining a Government proposal can be a daunting task as many Requests for Proposal (RFP) can be complex, and even contradictory.

This is a webinar that shows you how to outline a proposal. A great proposal outline doesn’t only make your proposal compliant, it also helps organize your writers and help them march in the same direction. This webinar will help you avoid:

  • Shifting and morphing outlines
  • Vague structures that cause writers to deliver unorganized information, creating more work on the back end
  • Evaluator comments that the proposal was hard to follow or that they could not find needed information
  • Your spending too much time taking the writers’ sections and reorganizing them to fit the proposal
  • Having orphaned requirements that don’t get addressed, and redundancies that are addressed by different people differently throughout the proposal

This webinar covers the following topics:

  • Best practices for outlining compliant Government proposals
    How to order your outline
  • What the evaluators want to see in your proposal structure (and why)
  • How to deal with contradictory requirements
  • How to organize sections and subsections
  • How to prevent boiler-plating

We will also preview our upcoming training class, “Winning Government Proposals: How to Write Less and Win More.”
