NASA Extends SEWP VI Proposal Deadline to Aug 28 - Key Updates

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has extended the deadline for the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) VI proposal submission. The new due date is August 28, 2024, at 12:00 PM EDT. This extension provides additional time for offerors to review and incorporate changes from the latest amendment into their proposals.

Amendment 4 Highlights

Amendment 4, published on SAM.gov on July 18, 2024, includes several important revisions to the solicitation documents:

  • Revised Solicitation Document: Changes highlighted in yellow can be found in the document titled Amendment4-CHANGES_SEWP VI RFP 80TECH24R0001_7.18.24.
  • Updated SF1449 Documents: Categories A, B, and C have updated due dates.
  • Exhibit Corrections: Errors in the Category C Solutions Spreadsheet and Past Performance Questionnaires for Categories B and C have been fixed.
  • File Labeling Instructions: Offerors must follow the instructions in Section A.3.6(A)(3) for file labeling when submitting proposals.
  • Past Performance Questionnaires: If already submitted, new questionnaires are not needed for the same past performance reference.
