What is an SBIR Proposal Lab? SBIR Proposal Lab helps Maryland small businesses complete your Phase I SBIR proposal to NSF through hands-on training, reviews, and guidance. Preference is given to woman-owned, socioeconomically disadvantaged, and rural small businesses.

What is the Timeframe? The Proposal Lab runs from January 15, 2020 until June 3, 2020.

The Lab is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the Small Business Administration (SBA), and has an associated small participant fee.
