Proposal profession can be rewarding, but also frustrating. Some days it may feel like pushing a boulder up a hill, only to watch it roll back down. We face numerous challenges as proposal managers and writers. We deal with impossible deadlines, shortage of resources, insufficient information about customers’ needs, lack of advance capture planning, poor writing skills of the subject matter experts who contribute content, and many other woes.
This webinar explores the top 10 challenges proposal managers and writers face, but doesn’t dwell on them. Instead, it sends the message of “forewarned is forearmed.” It generously shares the tools and techniques to help avoid or minimize the impact of these challenges, and shows you how to recognize the problem before it hurts your proposal, course-correct, keep your stress level down, and still deliver a winning proposal.
